Weight Loss Workouts to Kick Start 2009 in a Positive Way

2009 is now upon us and it seems like the usual run of the mill announcements from fitness people, in fact anybody, at this time of year is to send out an email or writing articles saying that we all should be focusing on goal setting and this is how you do it and so on.

Blah, blah, blah.

Yeah, I get it. �I know how important goal setting is and I am sure that you do too. In fact you may well have already set yourself some goals for this year so there is no use me jumping on that bandwagon and telling you the same old story.

So what am I going to do that's different?

I'm giving you the weight loss workout to follow so you no longer have to blindly stumble around in the dark when you are training for fat loss and the body that you deserve.

This body weight workout shows you that you have no excuses not to work out any more even if you don't have any equipment. Even if you are holidays, there is no excuse as I did this body weight workout when I was at the beach recently.

The workout is simple and only comprises two exercises, a T Push Up and Squat Jumps. We are going to be doing 20 repetitions of each exercise.

This workout took me about 15 minutes to do and I was sore for the next couple of days so I don't want to hear anybody trying to tell me that it's too easy! If it is you aren't working hard enough.
