Wouldn't it be nice to eat anything you wanted instead of the food in those low fat food diets? You know the ones that sort of taste like cardboard. In fact, sometimes I think the packaging itself might taste better than the food inside. When you're trying to melt fat away fast you need an effective fat loss strategy. In this article I'm going to focus on a natural approach to losing weight.

Why deprive yourself of a food that you really enjoy eating?

Actually some reports indicate there is no real connection between fatty foods and fat tissue in the body. Think about this, if you ate a lot of sugar you're probably going to gain weight. But there is no fat in sugar.

Pick any of the so called low fat foods and if you eat enough of it you will more than likely gain weight.

Low fat foods have been around for awhile and people in general are getting larger and larger so apparently the fat content of the food is not that effective.

It's not the food itself but the combination of foods that cause an increase or decrease in your body weight. Of course exercise will have something to say in this situation but the focus here is on what we eat.

If you stick to a balance of carbohydrates and fat calories you will find this much more effective in controlling your weight than any consumption of low fat food diets that promise to melt fat away fast.
