Low Fat Food Diet - Do They Really Work For Fat Loss?
Wouldn't it be nice to eat anything you wanted instead of the food in those low fat food diets? You know the ones that sort of taste like cardboard. In fact, sometimes I think the packaging itself might taste better than the food inside. When you'r
Lose Weight and Be Lazy

The basic idea behind how you can lose weight is pretty simple. You just burn more calories than you take in. It is the excess calories that we take in, when you take in more than you burn, that turn into stored body fat. When you are trying to eat less calories, you may be tempted to start buying things that say "less fat", "Sugar free", or "No Carbs" and think that this means you can make a pig out of yourself with them. While there may be less of this, that, or the other, there are still calories in the stuff and those calories turn to fat too.

If you are lazy, and do not want to exercise, then the only option for you to lose weight is to count calories. I know it is a pain but it is well worth it. Especially if you don't feel up to exercising.

A pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories. If you want to lose a pound a week (and I do not recommend much more than that), you should consume 3500 calories less than you do currently. That is a matter of eating 500 calories less per day. There are a number of eating adjustments you can make to shave off 500 calories.

Instead of drinking sodas- have fruit flavored water. Each time you substitute a 16 ounce soda for the water, you shave off a whopping 200 calories!

If you can sacrifice your Big Mac craving, and have a salad instead, you have just shaved off another 360 calories!

That is two small adjustments and you have already knocked off more than the 500 calories required to lose a pound a week.

While it is a drag to count calories, if you want to remain lazy and still lose weight, then counting the calories and eating less of them is the only way to lose weight. Get your calculators ready!
